Emma Gorge Falls
Walking in Emma GorgeToday we left really early, before it got too hot, to walk up the famous Emma Gorge. It was a very rocky walk and Sarah got tired before reaching the first pool. It was well worth the walk to the Falls at the end which was amazing. We swam under the falls and the girls discovered the thermal springs to the side of the water hole. I got talking to a couple (Kylie and Matt) at the large pool as we had met their girls in Kununurra. Very funny as it turns out they know the Windsor’s from our school. Turns out she is best friends with Alison who is Maddi’s godmother. Small world – we hope to catch up with them when they visit Bulli and have coffee at Sea Salt!!!
When we finished Emma gorge we packed up camp and headed back to Kununarra again. The place feels like home now!!!!
